Responsibility:
· Assist outside sales by preparing price quotes and handling customer orders.
· Provide inside sales support and technical assistance to customers.
· Process customer’s phone orders.
· Check availability of stock, shipping dates, warehouse and logistics management.
· Receive service requests, expedite orders, check status of orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
· 1+ year(s) experience with inside sales and/or logistics.
· Excellent communication and computer skills.
· Highly motivated and multi-task capability.
· Bachelor or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Germany) is a plus.
Responsibility:
• Responsible for overall supplier management for a group of
commodities or suppliers including the establishment of blanket orders (negotiation of pricing, lot size, lead-time, and other business terms) with
process capable suppliers to enable effective and efficient supply
replenishment, which satisfy internal customer requirements and enable on-time
fulfillment of customer orders.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with suppliers while
aggressively resolving supplier performance/capability issues to ensure
alignment with expectations.
• Maintains critical supplier system data such as lead times,
pricing and purchase order maintenance and approval.
• Develop a thorough expertise for assigned spend categories.
Understand market trends and conditions and availability of capable suppliers.
• Evaluate potential suppliers by assessing the facilities,
procedures, business systems, personnel, quality, financial, delivery, and
manufacturing capabilities to ensure alignment with Swagelok expectations
• Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of supply
chain/customer service positions Strong computer skills and a solid
understanding of ERP/business systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Well-developed project management skills and problem solving
abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deploy all sourcing
related policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Advanced negotiation skills and an understanding of legal
concepts and position with regard to these concepts.

• Must efficiently perform all Learner and Independent Assembler job functions.
• Performs job functions independently
• Demonstrates capability of setting-up complex equipment within targeted time
• Performs complex troubleshooting on equipment, products, and processes.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the functionality of equipment, products, and processes.
• Does not experience down time and/or ask for help due to elementary problems that were overlooked.

Qualification:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Assembly experience and knowledge of the analyzer shelter product/process
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Must be able to use calipers and be mechanically inclined.
• Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of product.
• Requires the use of assembly equipment.
